You can access these links in the app as well:

1. Head to the Home page by tapping the home icon (🏠) at the bottom of the screen
2. Tap the cog / settings icon (⚙️) at the top right of the screen to access the Settings page
3. Scroll down to the 'Support' section of the page, where you'll find links to both
